Learning Reiki was a life-changing experience for me. It is an incredible method of healing and tool to navigate life with.

I offer two Reiki courses: Reiki Level 1 is my foundational course and introduction into the world of Reiki and Reiki Level 2 is for people that would like to take it to the next level and become a Reiki practitioner.

Reiki Level 1

Reiki Level 1 is my introductory online course into the big and beautiful world of Reiki. In this course, we focus on how to use Reiki on yourself, your pets and your family & friends.

This foundational course will help you discover, explore and get comfortable with the feeling of this life-force energy in your body. I’ll also cover how to balance your Chakras and maintain your energetic body so that you can access this energy easily and allow it to flow freely through you.

You’ll get 2.5 hours of recorded video content to listen to throughout your day which is also available in a printable course manual. I wanted to make this course as accessible and relatable as possible! As a busy mum, my personal favorite way to soak in all the material is to listen to it while I’m going about my day. No interruptions needed!

At the end of the course, we’ll have a 45 minute video call to go through any questions you have. I’ll also perform an attunement ceremony by placing a Reiki symbol into your Chakras. This is my favorite part of the course because I have the honor of giving you the energetic imprints that will support you on your journey with Reiki.

After the course, the work continues with a 21 day Chakra cleanse starting from the Root Chakra, and working our way up to the Crown Chakra three times through. This process brings up any stored trauma, blockages and energetic dysfunctions that you may hold in your energetic body. This cleanse is a deeply healing process and invokes a beautiful and often life-changing transformation so you can be a clear channel for source energy.

Reiki Level 2

In Reiki Level 2, we take all of our previous knowledge to the next level. This online course is for people that are interested in becoming Reiki Practitioners, starting their own business/practice and charging for their services.

We cover how to perform Reiki from a distance by learning how to use intention to send life-force energy to wherever you want it to go into the world. Life-force energy knows no bounds and learning how to resource this is an incredibly beautiful skill to have and practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Energy work, along with any work of opening up the senses takes practice and works like a muscle. The more you use it the more will open up and the more you will feel.

    The best way is to bring reiki in to your everyday life. Call it in during meditation, cleanse your food, your crystals, charge your water, practice on your children at bed time to help them sleep, treat your pets, call it in as you are falling asleep with your hands on your tummy. Draw the symbols on your car, traffic, any problems you might come across during your day. I like to use it on electrical equipment if not responding, like my printer for example! Or send to my daughter when she has an exam.

  • No! There are no requirements for any certifications. Everyone is welcome to dive into the big and beautiful world of Reiki regardless of their background or experience.

  • It is required that you have completed Reiki Level 1 before you join Reiki Level 2. This is to ensure that you understand and have enough practical experience in all of the foundational Reiki practices. Reiki is a very powerful type of energy work and should be used/performed with lots of care, love and a complete understanding.

  • Yes! Reiki is actually very helpful (and in my own experience, it was beneficial) during pregnancy because it is so gentle. It is an incredible way to care for yourself and your baby - especially in times of stress.

  • I would advise you to only practice Reiki on yourself and your family/friends after completing Reiki Level 1. This course only teaches the foundations of Reiki and is designed for use on yourself, your pets and your family & friends. If you are interested in offering Reiki at your practice, Reiki Level 2 will ensure that you’re fully prepared to work on clients.

  • Reiki is a type of energy work. Energy work in any form is very powerful and should be used with caution, love and care which is why I suggest to learn Reiki if you are starting out. Reiki is one of the most popular types of energy work as it is very clear, concise and easy to understand. If you are getting into energy work, this is a great way to ensure that you have a foundational understanding of energetics and the energetic body.
